R3 Consults was created in 2022 after years of consultations have taken place for business leaders, venture capitalists, and merger & acquisition firms representing both buyer and seller interests. With over 25 years of direct manufacturing leadership experience, Chris Sweeney has cut his teeth in the precision fabrication and CNC machining arenas. He has a proven track record of successful endeavors such as:

• Managing a team of 25 employees through a recession while continuing to increase profitable revenues by 25% per year

• Creating and Implementing an ITAR initiative in compliance with DDTC
